It’s that time of year when we start collecting items to donate to Buddha Eye’s annual yard sale, scheduled for July 20 & 21. We’ll begin accepting donation items at the temple on June 24th.

Join us immediately after Sunday service on June 9th for a very short, easy work party preparing native wild-flower seed balls to give away at our anniversary celebration.
The Fifteenth Anniversary of the Founding of Buddha Eye Temple is just over a month away on Sunday, June 23rd at 12 pm!
Do you sing, tell jokes, play an instrument, do magic tricks, or otherwise enjoy sharing your gifts in public? For the Temple’s 15th Anniversary Celebration, we’re organizing a brief variety show!
We are pleased to announce that the Buddha Eye Temple is gearing up for our second annual Fine Art Show & Fundraiser to be held on September 27 & 28, 2019.
On May 5th, two members of the Buddha Eye community will receive the Bodhisattva Precepts in a special ceremony.

Every year on the Sunday closest to April 8th we celebrate the birth of Shakyamuni Buddha some 2,500 years ago. Known as the “Flower Festival”, this celebration is perhaps the most bright and festive of the year. We bathe the baby Buddha with pure water steeped with spring blossoms. After the ceremony, we enjoy temple-made rice pudding and enjoy the return of spring.
