Ritual Forms Cadre

The mandala of daily rituals at the temple has many parts! If you have ever been interested in learning how to perform a ceremonial role at the temple, consider joining the Ritual Forms Cadre. This group will spend time studying and refining the ritual forms of Buddha Eye Temple. Cadre members will help facilitate our regular assemblies on Sunday mornings, during evening classes, and for special ceremonies by fulfilling traditional ceremonial roles, which include Doan (chant presenter), Jikido (time keeper), Jisha (head teacher’s assistant), Chiden (altar attendant) and others.
This training is open to anyone who would like to join, but members need to make a commitment to regular attendance. Registration is required.
