June 10th, 5:30pm - 8:00pm (Final class for the season!)

This class aims to motivate people to cook wholesome food from scratch!  By cooking in a more mindful way, we can work to improve health, create deeper connections with family and friends, and save money.  In this series of four classes, Chef Ryan Josef-Maier will introduce and lecture on the topics of "Confidence, Intention, Bounty, and Stewardship," all as they relate to the practical techniques of cooking meals at home.  In each class, students will prepare meals with ingredients provided by the class, with Chef Josef-Maier's hands on instructions.  Students will sample each other's meals at the end of class, and take home the leftovers! As a fundraiser for Buddha Eye Temple this class has a fee of $20 per session plus $15 per session material fee.  Scholarships are available, please see the registration form.   For more information, please contact:  Chef Ryan Josef-Maier at jjeatsndrinks@gmail.com.Registration forms are available at buddhaeye.org and at the temple.
