Brothers in the Dharma
Wednesdays, 7:00pm
July 10th - September 18, 2019.

"Brothers in the Dharma" is a group where men in the community can come together to talk about the unique issues facing men, especially Buddhist men, in this day and age. This includes but is not limited to: partnership, family, work-life, masculinity, changing societal norms, allyship, and other topics related to Buddhist practice and brotherhood in the Dharma. The purpose of the group is to work together to make a place where participants can talk freely and offer support to each other in a safe, inclusive, and fraternal environment.

For the Summer season, the group will also be reading the book "Down Girl: the Logic of Misogyny" by Kate Manne as a way to guide weekly discussions. No registration is required. This group is open to all expressions and embodiments of masculinity. If you have questions, please contact Jokai at wilsonwayne06@gmail.com
