In the new year we try to channel our efforts.  We turn toward activities and goals that inspire.  The discipline required for that turning is often difficult but we know its value and the discipline feels good.  Through circumstance and the difficulties of life, the discipline and the inspiration usually begin to drift apart.  We either give up on our goals or indulge rigid discipline that ignores our inspired heart. 

This Sunday join Abbot Ejo McMullen as he discusses how to kindle the flame of inspiration with the discipline of Buddhist practice.
