Rohatsu Sesshin
December 6th - 13th
According to our ancestors, Shakyamuni Buddha attained Enlightenment on Rohatsu, the 8th day of the 12th month, over 2,500 years ago. To honor this awakening, we endeavor to enact the practice he took up under the Bodhi tree by participating in Sesshin (meditation intensive).
