Sanzen

Sanzen is a formal, one-on-one meeting with the Teacher. Hojo-san holds Sanzen Tuesday & Thursday mornings during the 6:00am period of Zazen, and Monday & Wednesday afternoons (please check the sign-up sheet outside the Abbot's office for available times).

Zen Teacher Myobun holds Sanzen Wednesday mornings during the 6:00am period of Zazen

Please sit on one of the assigned seats in the Hall and wait for the bell before proceeding to Sanzen. If you have questions about form, please let us know or ask senior practitioners in the Hall. Please click here for more information.
