Tuesday, 7/13
6:30pm - 8:30pm
Led by senior student Anyu Savelle
(Online available – please email Anyu to arrange)

Join Anyu as she leads a “forest bath” on the Ridgeline Trail at Blanton Ridge. Forest Therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to “forest bath.” A forest bath is spending time outdoors under a canopy of trees immersing oneself in the forest and soaking in the atmosphere through the senses. It is a practice for transforming our relationship with the more than human world. Anyu is training to be a guide through the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy Guides and Programs (https://www.natureandforesttherapy.earth)

Please register for this event no later than end of day Sunday July 11 by sending an email to Anyu debraanyu@gmail.com We’ll meet at the temple at 6:30 and carpool to the trailhead.
