Above the seat where Keira-roshi, Buddha Eye Temple's founder, always sat zazen there were three Chinese characters carved into a wooden plank. They were: "not", "two", and "gate". The plank was a good reminder. Join Abbot Ejo McMullen for this series on the gateway of an undivided life.
